The Easiest Air Fryer Potato Wedges

Crispy on the outside and tender and moist and tender on the inside, this recipe for the easiest air fryer potato wedges is perfect for serving with a burger, steak, or even fish. My kids also like them with melted nacho cheese as a snack. They are relatively easy to make and definitely healthier than those yummy deep-fried potato wedges that everyone loves, and I promise you they are every bit as tasty.

For this recipe, I used the Instant Vortex Plus 6 Quart 6-In-1 Multi Use Air Fryer. So far, I've only made a few recipes with this air fryer, but everything that I've tried has turned out beautifully. Cooking times and temperatures can vary depending on the size of your potato wedges and type of air fryer that you use, so it's always best to check your food often when trying a new recipe.

*  Extra light olive oil, avocado oil, peanut oil, and sesame oil are some of the best oils to use in an air fryer.
